Do you sometimes find yourself sighing as you sink into the sofa after a long day? If so, your body is naturally using breathing to unwind and recover. In our breathwork classes, we do the same. When we engage in breathwork, we become aware of our breathing. By consciously controlling our breath, we can achieve various purposes such as physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Among other things, breathwork contributes to shutting down the thinking or ruminating mind so you can enter a state of calm and focus. It calms down the nervous system, shifting us out of fight or flight mode into deep relaxation.

We're a group of breath guides with diverse experiences in breathwork, from overcoming challenges to finding deeper meaning. Our goal is to share breathwork and make it accessible to others.
We do not want the profound effects of the breath to be reserved for people going to retreats or high-end studios: We simply want to offer breathwork to as many as possible. Therefore we have created the Breathers´ nest, where we offer live breathwork sessions everyday. Here you get the care of a personal guide and the community of a group in the comfort of your own home – all at once.

Wondering what breathwork actually involves? This course serves as an excellent starting point. Acquire knowledge about the basic principles of breath and the essence of breathwork. We'll meticulously walk you through the nuances of the breathing technique before delving into your unique voyage.

A class that fits everyone, from beginners to experienced breathers. The foundation class provides both calmness and energy. Here, you get to experience the effects that breathwork can offer in a manageable format. We alter circular connective breathing with breath holds.

Dive deeper into your breathwork journey and yourself. This is a class with longer periods of circular connective breathing and breath holds. This class gives you the possibility to get to know more layers of yourself. You may wake up afterward with a sence of renewal.

In this class we are shifting into stillness. You will train your capability to hold your breath. It is useful for those wanting to improve their performance, focus and stress resilience. We combine balanced breathing with breath holds and step by step build up to longer breath holds.

This is a workout for your breathing muscles. You have the chance to give your all to energize your body. We alternate between four gears, with breath holds, helping you to build up into your maximum breathing capacity for a full effect on your body and mind.

When you need to land into yourself after a long day or want to find deep relaxation, this class is the perfect option. We combine different breathing techniques aiming to calm down the body and mind. Let the breath nourish you.
